KLAHS Athletics

All athletic clearances will be completed digitally via Home Campus. Once information is submitted, our team will review to approve or deny the athlete. Please select all sports you anticipate trying out for during the current school year, otherwise a new application will need to be filled out with each sport.

For the 2026-27 school year:  California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Sports Physicals must be dated after May 1, 2026. Physicals can be accepted by your primary care physician or you may be able to receive one at an Urgent Care Center. Chiropractor physicals will not be accepted.

Can't Make an Appointment in Time?

If you still need a physical and can't get an appointment in time, we recommend checking out Spring Medical Center in Vacaville. They take appointments Tuesdays through Saturdays.
